SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday: 8AM - 12AMSaturday - Sunday 10AM - 8PM

This journey starts within you and I am here to help you along the way, together we will work hard every week to maximize your mind-body capabilities, with a mix up of strength, HIIT training and full body workouts: we will achieve the results that you strive for. The process is not instant and it will require dedication and consistency, it will be a love-hate process but I am here to support you via email and FaceTime. We will always find ways to tweak your workouts or diet when stagnation hits!

  • 24/7 support via email, regular hours via FaceTime, telephone (Montreal area)
  • weekly check ins and monitoring (access levels of progress: how you feel, to see what’s working for you)

POSING PRACTICE

One on One Sessions

One on One Session $30/hr

Having done runway modeling and conducting pageantry, for over 13 years I’ve had extensive training in posing and learning how to walk and pose professionally. Posing is something that is not learned overnight, it takes time and practice and yes it can be a bit tedious but it makes a world of a difference on stage.

  • Posing can be arranged in the Montreal area
  • Through FaceTime (camera settings)
  • Also through photos (still posing)
  • Competition prep (16 weeks out) on demand
