ABOUT ME

I started my fitness journey at the age of 16; I started as a runner, jogging for 2 hours a day. From that point on I dropped 30 pounds in 3 months and was a size 0. At that young age I started runway modeling and had soon entered into modeling for fashion clothing, runway, pageantry and other events. By the time I was 31 I was fed up and done with being a cardio queen and realized that something was missing in my life, something significant.

As having a background in Police I have had extensive training in MMA, Judo, muscular endurance, speed and agility conditioning. I started bodybuilding as a strength athlete before I decided to compete in my first show with the International WBFF federation. At my first show as an amateur in Montreal, Quebec with WBFF I qualified to go to Las Vegas, thereafter at my first International Worlds show I competed with thousands of amazing athletes. That night I won 9th place in the top 10 Bikini tall amateur and soon after I hit the stage in Toronto, Ontario and I won top 3 qualifying at 2nd place. This was the beginning of my bodybuilding journey.

MY FITNESS PHILOSPHY

As having a discipline in Policing and in bodybuilding my philosophy is based on hard work, no shortcuts and no cheating. I admire a woman who can still look feminine while still maintaining healthy amounts of muscle on her body. I also want to help people who have been coping with diabetes, Crohn’s, insulin resistance, or any other chronic diseases.

I am not here to sell you anything other than the purest form of honest truth as I have integrity for my clients and want to see them succeed in their body transformation.  My rude awakening came to me when I reached out for the help of a certified dietician and with their program I ended up gain 15 lbs in a short amount of time (2 months) and realized that something was wrong with their advice and from there I started my journey to research and learn from other professionals about the body, the metabolic system and the impact of food. Not everyone was made to have a generic plan as every body is unique, like a fingerprint.
